of Greater El Paso

Our Mission:  To impact the lives of young people in the Greater El Paso area by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

Spring Break Camp the week of March 13-16 (Monday thru Thursday).  We will have a morning Golf Skill class ($75) from 10:00-12:00 then from 1:00-4:00 we will be playing on the course from 1:00-4:00 ($100).  You can sign up for both for $150.  Partial Scholarships are available.

We will have a Spring Session starting on March 25-May 13.

Home School Class from March 21-May 16. Tuesdays 1:00-2:30 Fee $50.  Wee Ones Class-Saturdays 9:30-10:30.  Player Class- Saturdays 11:00-12:30 AND Thursdays 4:30-6:00.  Beginner Player Class- Saturdays 1:00-2:30 AND Thursdays 4:30-6:00.  Par/Birdie/Eagle Class-Saturdays from 2:30-5:30 AND Tuesdays from 4:30-6:00.  Special Kids Class-Saturdays 11:00-12:00.

The First Tee of Greater El Paso Benefit Golf Tournament is April 28, 2017 at Butterfield Trail Golf Club at 1:00 shotgun start.  4 person teams $600 per team Sponsorships are available.   For more information go to:  Here to Register

Nine Core Values

Why is golf different from other sports?

Players learn values like honesty and responsibility by calling penalties on themselves and reporting their own score. By participating in The First Tee, youth are introduced to Nine Core Values which are incorporated throughout the program.

Getting started

Who can play?

The First Tee offers group lessons to youth up to age 18 regardless of background or previous experience. Our coaches are trained to make kids feel comfortable and assure they have a positive, non-intimidating experience. All we ask is young people come with an open mind and positive attitude.
